OBSCURUS leadership development is dedicated to supporting athletes through the innovative integration of J3 Fitness principles. By combining physical fitness with leadership training, we create a holistic approach that empowers athletes to enhance their performance & personal growth. Our programs focus on building resilience, leadership, mental & emotional composure, all while emphasizing the importance of physical well-being. OBSCURUS fosters a dynamic environment that cultivates confidence & leadership skills, enabling individuals to excel not only in the 4th quarter of games, but in the 4th quarters of life.

COVENANT

This package requires a 3-session minimum per week to ensure the athlete accomplishes goals.

  • 1.5 Hour group session (4 per group)

  • Strength & Conditioning Training

  • Speed Training

  • Agility Training

  • Stretching & Muscle Recovery 1x per week
